Couple Joined the Seven-Mile-High Club!
Pam Patterson and Jeremy Salda were to have their wedding in Mexico in August of this year but later decided they couldn't wait. They boarded their flight in Oklahoma City to Las Vegas in front of the Belagio fountains, with a connecting flight in Dallas/Fort Worth for their new wedding date in a Las Vegas wedding chapel when their connecting flight in Dallas was cancelled. They even brought along their own minister.
It was then decided to get married on Southwest flight 2690. The crew and passengers were all in for this tremendous event to happen on their flight. Once cruising altitude was reached the nuptials began. One of the flight attendants was also put into the position of "maid of honor". A bumpy trip ends with a wonderful union.
What do you think? Would you ever have thought of having your wedding in flight?
